Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• School-based experience or strong interest in working within educational settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and varying caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Provide guidance and education to staff and caregivers regarding speech and language development
