- What You Will Make: Average $1,500 to $1,700 weekly ($75k–$100k+ yearly) with experience-backed CPMs up to $0.85, plus $245 per trailer unloads, $70 backhauls, and $25 stop pay.
- The Sign-On Bonus: Grab a $2,500 bonus paid out incrementally across milestones starting at your first load through 180 days.
- The Freight & Runs: Regional retail store deliveries across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY featuring 100% touch freight driver unload (box-by-box via rollers) averaging 800 to 1,000 miles weekly.
- Schedule & Home Time: Weekly 34-hour resets at home, operating on a flexible Sunday-through-Saturday schedule tailored around store delivery needs.
- Core Requirements & Benefits: Requires at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience and passing pre-employment DOT drug and physical screening. Includes full benefits (PTO, 401(k), Vision, Dental), tiered paid vacation, and round-the-clock on-site operational support.
