Job Description Job Description MUST HAVE 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE FIRM IN MARKETING We are adding an additional person to our team We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote listings, support brokerage activities, and enhance the company’s brand presence across all platforms. This role requires a strong blend of design skills, project management, and real estate industry awareness. Key Responsibilities: • Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, offering memorandums, email campaigns, social media graphics, signage, and presentations. • Manage and maintain the firm’s property listing platforms • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels to promote listings and company initiatives. • Coordinate the production of print materials and signage with external vendors as needed. • Collaborate with brokers to develop customized marketing strategies for individual listings and business development efforts. • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reporting on results and insights. • Maintain the firm’s branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications. • Assist in event planning, including open houses, broker events, sponsorships, and industry conferences. • Stay current with commercial real estate trends and marketing best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing; experience in commercial real estate is highly preferred. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, a plus. • Familiarity with commercial real estate tools and listing platforms. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
