About the Role:
As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with Advocate Healthcare of East Boston, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual. With a focus on compassion, empathy, and respect, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Participating in care planning and implementation to ensure individualized care plans are in place
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
