Friendly babysitter needed for 2 children, pets, and a flexible start

We’re looking for part-time help with our 4-month-old and 19-month-old! Schedule: 2–3 days/week, about 8 hours/day, likely 7:30 AM–4 PM. Mom will initially be home; starting in January, she’ll return to work, with a grandparent assisting. Occasional solo childcare may be needed at a higher rate. Duties: Feeding, play, diaper changes, naps, tidying kid-related messes, and keeping the children safe and happy. Requirements: Infant/toddler experience; caring for two children under 2 is a plus; CPR certified or willing to become certified; reliable, patient, and caring.
