Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour

$17.50-18.50/hr + Tips | Weekly Pay | Set Schedules

We're looking for dependable people who can take the lead during a shift, keep things running smoothly, and help newer crew find their footing experience helps, but the right attitude matters most.

Set the pace and energy for your shift

Make great coffee and food, and show newer crew how it's done
Open or close the register and help keep the shift on track
Keep the line moving and the store clean
Handle cash accurately and follow Dunkin' standards

What we're looking for:

Reliability and steady energy under a rush
Someone crew can look to during a busy shift
Strong attention to detail
Customer service or food service experience preferred
