About Circuit Works:
Join our team at Circuit Works, a dynamic and fast-paced fitness studio in Santa Monica! We specialize in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and are looking for passionate, energetic, and certified fitness instructors to inspire and motivate our clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Position Overview: We are hiring part-time Group H.I.I.T. Fitness Instructors to lead engaging 45-minute classes for up to 20 clients. As part of this role, instructors will also work at least one shift per week as a Fitness Consultant, assisting clients and contributing to our vibrant community.
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who are:
Charismatic and energetic: You bring the fun and motivate clients to push their limits.
Excellent communicators: Clear verbal instruction and effective posture demonstrations are a must.
Certified professionals: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) credentials are required.
Experienced instructors: At least 1 year of group fitness training experience is preferred.
Team players: Willing to cover classes or shifts for fellow staff when needed.
Customer-focused: Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Lead safe, effective, and high-energy group HIIT classes.
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations suitable for all fitness levels and body types.
Work as a Fitness Consultant for at least one shift per week, assisting clients and supporting studio operations.
Compensation
Fitness Instructor: $25.00 - $50.00 per class
Fitness Consultant: $20.00/hour + commission
