Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all accounts payables and receivables, credit card processing and banking.
- Maintain all records and work with accountant for all record accuracy.
- Process standard payroll and prevailing wage payroll.
- Check the accuracy of business transactions.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
- Minimum 3 years experience required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or other related fields.
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
