Office & Administrative Support
- Provide light office support across daily operations
- Assist with customer communication and follow-ups
- Maintain order tracking, updates, and basic record keeping
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflow
Shipment Coordination Support
- Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Support scheduling and communication with vendors and carriers
- Help ensure accurate receiving, staging, and shipment preparation
- Maintain visibility on shipment status and communicate updates as needed
Order & Workflow Support
- Assist with order entry, updates, and follow-through
- Help ensure orders are moving through the process efficiently
- Support closing operational loops (orders, follow-ups, updates)
Execution & Organization
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
- Maintain organization across orders, shipments, and communications
- Support overall operational flow and consistenc
