Mitigation Project Manager

Job Position Description: With a One Team mentality, you will perform services as assigned following PuroClean production guidelines. Our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with restoration work on residential and commercial sites, maintain vehicles and equipment, and ensure all customer needs are met with kindness and empathy, providing world-class service that distinguishes us from competitors. Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of the production processes effectively Manage mitigation and remediation projects assigned to you Motivate the tech team to meet project goals and responsibilities Oversee scheduling, resources, subcontractors, and crew with the Project Coordinator Prepare inspection forms and scope notes for estimators Prepare and settle mitigation and remediation projects Act as quality controller and review estimates promptly Communicate customer concerns to Management Explain PuroClean's services to customers and gain confidence Coordinate with insurance companies during claims Complete final walk-throughs with lead technicians for quality assurance Use the customer management database for all project forms Create new assignments upon receiving calls about new work Guide promising job leads on-site Provide documentation for billing: work authorization, photos, invoices, scope notes, dry logs, certificates Analyze and formulate scopes of work on-site Oversee job costing including supplies, hours, equipment, subcontractors Negotiate job costs and scope with customers and insurers Lead on-call mitigation team during after-hours Check on jobsites daily Review estimates for accuracy and submit updates within 24-48 hours Train crew members and conduct performance reviews Travel as needed Perform other duties as assigned by Management or Ownership Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday On call Overtime Ability to Commute: Troy, MI 48084 (Required) Willingness to Travel: 10% (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr PuroSystems LLC
