Production Assembly Technician

Manufacturing Hose Assembly TechnicianPerforms essential assembly operations for manufacturing hose assemblies, custom bent tube products, and a variety of assembled components. Responsibilities include assembly, fabrication, testing, quality control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company standards and procedures.Assembly & FabricationAssembles and tests high- and low-pressure hose assemblies according to specificationsFabricates custom bent tube assemblies including bending, end forming and testing operationsAssembles valve stack assemblies per technical drawings and work instructionsConstructs custom panel assemblies, including valves, gauges, tubing and regulatorsTransforms conceptual designs into assembled solutionsQuality Control & DocumentationMaintains accurate build records and completes job ordersInspects assemblies for quality and completeness before deliveryTests assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications and safety standardsWarehouse Operations & SafetyMaintains work area in a clean, organized, and hazard-free conditionFollows all safety procedures and protocols to prevent workplace injuriesAdheres to written and oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job assignmentsSupplemental Job FunctionsOccasional customer visits to support field salesAssists with corporate on-boarding and orientation programs as requiredPerform other duties as assigned or requestedPhysical RequirementsAble to annually demonstrate physical ability to stand, walk, bend, grab, and lift and carry weightWorking Conditions:Normal warehousing environment with regular (up to 100% of work time) exposure to noise, dust, office equipment, machinery, equipment and suppliesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious work experience--assembly work preferredExotic Automation & Supply maintains a drug-free workplace, including testing for marijuana.
