We are currently seeking a professionaland service-driven Front Desk Agent / Concierge to support our luxuryresidential properties. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong hospitalitybackground who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service,maintaining a polished front desk presence, and creating a welcomingenvironment for residents and guests. The Front Desk Agent / Concierge is a keyrepresentative of the property and plays an essential role in the overallresident experience. Schedule Requirements Flexibilityto work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by theproperty Shiftavailability may vary based on operational needs Key Responsibilities Greetresidents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, andwelcoming manner Maintainfront desk operations and ensure a consistently polished lobby environment Providehigh-quality customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiriesand requests Accuratelylog, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries Monitorlobby activity and surveillance systems to support safety and security Conductregular property walks to ensure cleanliness, organization, andpresentation standards are met Coordinateprofessionally with vendors, contractors, and on-site management Completedaily logs, reports, and other assigned administrative tasks Performadditional duties as assigned by property management or Strattonleadership Qualifications and Skills Minimumof two years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, front deskoperations, customer service, or luxury retail Strongverbal and written communication skills Excellentinterpersonal skills with a strong service mindset Abilityto remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Organized,reliable, and detail-oriented Professionalappearance and grooming standards required Abilityto work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Preferred Experience Experiencein luxury residential, high-rise, hotel, or upscale service environments Provenability to deliver consistent, elevated guest and resident experiences Why Join Stratton Amenities Workin luxury residential communities throughout Atlanta Professional,hospitality-focused work environment Supportiveleadership and clear service standards Opportunityfor growth within a service-oriented organization Stratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer.
