Quality Control Manager

Performance Objectives- Develop and implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure all products meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
- Lead a dynamic team in conducting audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues swiftly, minimizing any operational disruptions.
- Produce detailed quality reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making and facilitate transparency with stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance with federal and state safety regulations, ensuring all certification requirements are consistently achieved.
- Drive innovation by recommending new tools and techniques to enhance quality control processes and efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members, strengthening County Prestress’s commitment to professional development and quality excellence.
- Lead a dedicated team of quality control inspectors
- State-of-the-art testing laboratories and tools at your disposal
- Report directly to the Director of Operations
- Collaborate alongside a committed team of industry experts
- 5+ years of experience in quality control within the construction or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of implementing quality control processes that enhance product reliability and safety
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
