Location: North Scottsdale, AZ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $27–$30/hour (increase upon direct hire) Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Perks: Parking provided

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Print Services Supervisor to oversee daily document processing, mail distribution, and facilities support within a professional legal or corporate environment in North Scottsdale. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality print services, maintaining strict confidentiality, and supervising on-site document and mail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of print, copy, mail, and document processing services
• Coordinate and prioritize high-volume print and document production requests
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive legal and corporate documents
• Oversee mail distribution and internal delivery processes
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality of on-site document teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal document handling standards
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a legal, corporate, or document services environment strongly preferred
• Supervisory or management experience required
• Strong understanding of client/vendor relationships and service-level expectations
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and business casual presentation required
