AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliableLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to serve as aCare Manager and Regional Assistantfor our beautifulIndependent Living Communities in Clinton Township and the surrounding areas. This full-time salaried leadership role is ideal for a nurse withIndependent Living (IL) or Assisted Living (AL) experience, combined with proven management and supervisory skills. In this position, you will: Oversee and manage the daily operations of a primary Independent Living community Assist regional leadership across multiple IL communitieswith: Profit and loss oversight Billing and payroll support Waiver program management Staffing, scheduling, and recruitment Staff orientation and ongoing training Compliance and quality assurance initiatives General operational support to ensure company growth and stability What We’re Looking For in the Right Candidate Independent Living/Assisted Living Expertise- Strong knowledge of IL/AL communities and the unique needs of residents Leadership & Accountability- Skilled in supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining consistent standards of care Compliance & Quality Focused- Dedicated to upholding regulations, policies, and high-quality service delivery Strong Communicator- Able to set expectations, resolve issues quickly, and keep staff, residents, and families well-informed Professional Integrity- Models fairness, honesty, and ethical leadership Critical Thinker & Problem-Solver- Approaches challenges with practical, resident-centered solutions Collaborative & Team-Oriented- Supports and mentors staff to ensure the success of the entire team Resilient Under Pressure- Calm, decisive, and reliable in times of stress or emergencies Balanced Clinical & Business Perspective- Understands both quality care and sustainable operations, including financial oversight, staffing, and program management Dedicated & Flexible- Willing to go above and beyond typical hours to ensure community and regional success Above-and-Beyond Commitment- Sees this as more than a "8-to-6", and is dedicated to doing what it takes to ensure success.
