Quick Facts: Location: 1808 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 Start Date: 01/01/2026 Duration: Ongoing, with potential for extension Shift: Clinic Schedule: Mon-Thu, 8am-4pm (1-hour lunch); Call: 1:4 overnight and weekend coverage Hours/week: Approximately 32 hours (clinic) plus call shifts Employment Type: Contract / Per diem Licenses/Certs: Arkansas Medical License; PALS; Fetal Monitoring Certification required; Quality Letter for IMLC providers Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience required, applicable to both clinic and hospital settings Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note actual pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success throughout the assignment What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient OB/GYN care in a busy clinic setting Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage (1:4 ratio) Assist with in-house lab testing, ultrasounds, and non-stress tests (NSTs) Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care Ensure compliance with fetal monitoring and PALS certification requirements Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality patient interactions Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient outcomes and clinic operations What You Need: Valid Arkansas medical license PALS and fetal monitoring certifications Previous obstetrics and gynecology experience Ability to handle telephonic and on-site call responsibilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This opportunity is with a leading healthcare facility in Russellville, Arkansas, offering a balanced mix of outpatient clinic work and hospital-based obstetrics call coverage.
