Technical Project Manager

Healthcare Analytics Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders regularly.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.

Job Duties -

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders regularly.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets established standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
• Understand the technical complexities of the projects being managed.
• Potentially contribute to or review technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (SAFe Agile, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid).
• Document requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish the project deliverables for client; proactively execute product strategies to task development for the development team and work with Stakeholders to establish deadlines.

Job Requirements - Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, managing complex software development, infrastructure, or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
