Join our dedicated Assisted Living and Memory Care clinical team, where compassion, patience, and meaningful connections are at the heart of everything we do.Position Overview:As an Assisted Living and Memory Care Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you'll provide safe and accurate medication administration while building meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate, person-centered care.What You'll Do:Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and State regulations.Maintain accurate medication documentation and records.Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care.Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary.Promote resident independence and dignity.Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.What We Offer:Job Types: Full-time and Part-time positions available.Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends, 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.Flexible Hours: Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week. Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per weekPosition Requirements:A valid unencumbered Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Certification is required.Certification Requirement: This position requires a current Certified Medication Technician (CMT).
