ASSEMBLERS

In this role, you will assemble precision firearm components using hand tools and assembly equipment while working in a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly experience who enjoy working with small parts and producing a high-quality finished product.
Pay Rate
$18.44 per hour
Schedule and Hours
1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Assemblers Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Use hand tools and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Meet daily production quotas and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Assemblers Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous assembly experience required.
- Experience working with small parts and hand tools.
- Ability to work in a quota-driven production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
