About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative and sales trainer. I later started my own company, where I specialized in teaching effective communication skills and DISC personality training. Those experiences shaped my passion for helping people grow, communicate effectively, and reach their full potential. Community involvement is a big part of our agency. We love partnering with neighboring businesses, participating in local events, and creating "Good Neighbor" opportunities that help strengthen our community and build meaningful relationships. Our agency offers group health, life, and supplemental insurance benefits, PTO, profit sharing, licensing reimbursement, and dental and vision coverage coming soon. Each team member has their own office, and our Novi location provides a professional environment where people can focus, grow, and succeed. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
