We're hiring a Product Designer to help shape the future of our AI-powered assistants and tools.

You'll work on two core areas:

• Search Copilot — our AI-powered partner that helps users search, analyze, and transform information across meetings, Slack, email, and documents.
• Ada — our emerging AI assistant and digital twin, you're joining at the moment this product hits the market, and your job is to help make it succeed with real users.

Today, these tools are technically powerful, but this role exists to turn them into intuitive, trusted, and deeply embedded parts of the Read experience.

You'll design how AI shows up across surfaces, how users interact with probabilistic systems, and how assistants become true workflow partners.

This team moves fast. You'll ship improvements, prototype new interaction patterns, and collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to push boundaries responsibly.

AI tools often feel powerful but disconnected. This role ensures our assistants become intuitive, embedded, and genuinely helpful across the Read experience.

You'll help define how AI shows up in a real product used by millions—at a moment where the space is still forming.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer low deductible health plans, as well as flexible time away and family leave programs.
