Analyst, MSC Order to Cash

Job Overview It is responsible for the complete contract life cycle process. Facilitates contracting and amendment processes for and with partners from request to execution. Requires clear, effective, and courteous communication and accurate, timely information. Must have a good understanding of contract terms, conditions, and compliance with SOX controls. Works with the sales team to ensure accurate billing for Business and Government customers. Directs data entry work to CSCA support staff and collaborates with CSCA Senior Analyst to launch new sales initiatives. General Responsibilities Process contract life cycles for Federal, State, Local, Education, and Business contracts. Follow escalation processes and guidelines to ensure proper handover, communication of issue status, and resolution. Partner with Sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive accurate agreement drafting, approval gathering, data integrity and SOX compliance, and manage aging or incomplete contracts to completion. Follow up with internal customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues. Monitor contract dashboards, ensure SLA goals are met, and maintain records. Participate in training and knowledge‑sharing sessions to update skills and knowledge. Attend scheduled sessions, actively participate in discussions, and apply learned skills to work. Adhere to CSCA policies, procedures, and standards. Comply with CSCA regulations and company rules to maintain professionalism, quality, QA, SLA, and KPI goals. Analyze monthly reports; gather and interpret metric data and communicate gaps, trends, and opportunities. Proactively train sales managers and partners on processes; train offshore support teams on new tasks. Create and maintain process documentation, contract terms, FAR list, and workflow; recommend process changes for compliance and efficiency. Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree in Legal, Contract Management, or related field (Preferred). Relevant contract implementation experience with ability to work independently and with a team. Strong partner/customer relationship‑building history. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Project Management – lead groups across departments, plan & organize, follow up, facilitate meetings. Problem Solving – curious, self‑driven, excellent at handling ambiguity in fast‑paced environments. Systems – proficiency in Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office, antivirus, backup, encryption, SAP, Salesforce, DocuSign, or similar. Adaptability – work independently or as part of a team and prioritize multiple tasks. Relationship Building – foster strong partnerships with cross‑functional partners and stakeholders. Analytical – analyze and discuss complex contracts and documents. Continuous Improvement – learn new technologies, attend training, read relevant materials. Communication – excellent verbal and written skills; explain issues clearly to internal and external customers. Qualifications At least 18 years of age.
