Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care following regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer therapeutic procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercise, modalities, and wound care
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Document all clinically required information accurately in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (new grads with Level II clinical rotations welcome)
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required
• Active Massachusetts state license required

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Supervision of physical therapist assistants and students
• Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams
