Duties may involve carpentry, painting, plumbing, and repairing equipment, buildings, floors, and furnitureEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSmile, acknowledge, and greet guests in passing in hallways and public areasRespond to maintenance tickets/requests promptlyFulfill maintenance work orders in a timely manner to maintain guest satisfactionComplete maintenance activities including but not limited to plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, tilling, painting and wall surface repairs.Maintain the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of guest rooms, grounds, pool and exercise roomCommunicate with other departments regarding guest room conditions such as out of order roomsComplete daily shift check listsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills And AbilitiesService Oriented - Actively looking for ways to help peopleTime Management - Managing one's own time and the time of othersAdaptability - Ability to adapt to changing situationsPrioritization - Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and complete multiple projects despite interruptionsAvailability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysCHM Hotels participates in E-Verify
