Saratoga Medical has a wonderful opportunity for a Respite Care/Home Health Aide in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Carlise Barracks, PA, Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Campbell - US Department of Army, Fort Huachuca, AZ, Fort Knox, KY, Fort Lee, VA, Fort Meade, MD, Ft. Bliss, TX, Joint Base Langley - Eustis, VA, Joint Base Myer - Henderson Hall, VA, Kansas - Fort Leavenworth, VA - Leavenworth, KS .

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA, LPN, RN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor
