Job Description: Seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and mentor on conversational AI solutions across Google, AWS, and Microsoft ecosystems. Lead the creation of agent-based assistants, integrate NLP/LLM capabilities, and ensure secure deployment with strong API design. You will mentor engineers, conduct peer reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions with measurable performance.
- Lead and mentor AI design/development for conversational agents, with hands-on experience across Google Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, AWS Bedrock, Transcribe, and Comprehend, and Microsoft Foundry/Azure AI services.
- Design API-driven AI solutions, ensure secure deployment, data privacy compliance, and create/monitor analytics dashboards (Looker) for agent performance.
- Develop and tune NLP/LLM models, optimize intents, and craft intuitive conversational flows and human-like agent interactions.
- Drive proof-of-concept initiatives, collaborate with CoE, business SMEs, UX, PMs, and deliver technical proposals and governance-aligned architectures.
- Strong programming background (C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python) and experience leading cross-functional AI projects with excellent communication and leadership skills.
