Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant based in Austin, TX. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and organizing necessary tools, and maintaining the cleanliness and sterilization of dental equipment. You will also educate patients on proper oral care, manage patient records, and support the dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Assisting, including chairside support during procedures Knowledge of Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care practices Experience with Sterilization techniques and maintaining a hygienic work environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and work effectively in a team Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record management High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Dental Assisting program is preferred State-required certifications or licenses for dental assistants, as applicable Previous experience in a dental office is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Austin Dental Company
