Project Manager, Clinical Lab Equipment Implementation (Healthcare)

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation process for complex life science instrumentation. The role reports to the Global Service Implementation Leader, is part of the Global Implementation Team, and is fully remote. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery of instrumentation and successful installation/training for customers. Prepare customers for successful implementations and communicate project milestones. Build productive, proactive relationships by engaging with members across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Field Service, and Field Applications to keep project timelines on track. Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and serve as the main point of contact following product sale. Identify customer needs to educate and promote value‑added services that support long‑term customer success. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Health Science discipline. Proven record of accomplishment with a strong background in Sales Operations or Customer Support. Experience in a customer‑facing support role. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements 20% travel, overnight, within North America. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In Project Management accreditation such as PMP or Prince2. Life Science industry with Lab Automation instrumentation. Microsoft Apps and database tools such as PSP, value‑stream mapping, and process flow charts. Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, troubleshooting), Windows security (Active Directory, Group Policy, access control), and exposure to Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). Familiarity with supporting secure, reliable systems in regulated or operational environments is an advantage. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and a competitive salary range of $95,000–$105,000. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
