Job Description Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority. We’re seeking Auto Adjusters to join our growing team supporting Florida claims. In this role, you’ll investigate automobile claims by reviewing police reports, gathering witness statements, verifying coverage, and determining liability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to helping customers navigate challenging situations with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partners with assigned reps from those areas to achieve best outcome Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understanding of other potential property damage Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle Applies intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department Handles investigation regarding all aspects of auto claims (coverage, damages, subrogation) with the exercise of discretion and independence within increased level of authority Skills Auto Insurance Claims, Automobile Accidents, Case Management, Claims Administration, Claims Resolution, Claims Review, Customer Service, Detail-Oriented, Insurance Claims Investigations, Insurance Policies, Investigative Skills, Multitasking Compensation Adjuster Analyst II: $47,500.00 – $69,800.00 Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000.00 – $74,350.00 Adjuster Cons I: $53,500.00 – $86,400.00 Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 – $93,250.00 Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $68,500.00 – $117,700.00 And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
