Sr. Electrical Engineer CCA - Aerospace Everett, WA. Hybrid 105k - 154k We seek a Sr. Electrical Engineer - Product Support (Aerospace), based in Everett, WA. This engineer focuses on testing and resolving manufacturing and field-related problems, implementing cost, product, and maintenance improvements, addressing component sourcing and obsolescence issues, and conducting qualification and verification testing for design changes.

Sr. Electrical Engineer CCA - Aerospace Everett, WA. Hybrid 105k - 154k We seek a Sr. Electrical Engineer - Product Support (Aerospace), based in Everett, WA. This engineer focuses on testing and resolving manufacturing and field-related problems, implementing cost, product, and maintenance improvements, addressing component sourcing and obsolescence issues, and conducting qualification and verification testing for design changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Sustaining: Leading projects relatedto obsolescence mitigation and market-driven modifications, collaboratingwith engineering teams to integrate design changes.
- Operations Support: Analyzing production testfailures, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions.
- Customer Support: Investigating and resolvingcomplex hardware issues reported by customers.
- Product Improvements: Identifying costreduction opportunities while maintaining product performance and quality.
- Project Support: Contributing to new productdevelopment programs and managing individual projects.
- Product Compliance: Ensuring product designsand modifications adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or ElectronicsEngineering.
- 5+ years of experience incomponent analysis, schematic and PCB analysis, digital &analog circuit troubleshooting, high-speed circuitdesign, programming in Windows and Linuxenvironments, and using tools like oscilloscopes and DMMs.
- Experience with PCI, PCIe, PXIe, and USB.
- Knowledge of avionics databuses/designs.
- CCA testing (Circuit Card Assembly).
- Thermal imaging and spectrum analyzer experience.
- FPGA code analysis in Verilog.
- Programming in scripting languages.
- Testing to DO-160 and military standards.
