About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its community with a focus on maximizing productivity and ensuring high-quality care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations, including supervising and monitoring residents' personal care, maintaining relationships with residents and their contacts, and overseeing the development and implementation of community activities in compliance with state regulations. The role also involves driving occupancy through strategic marketing initiatives, leading the initial state licensing application process, and representing the company in a manner that promotes its culture. The Executive Director must be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and financial management, and be dedicated to the philosophy and mission of the company. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a history of demonstrating a culture of care and be committed to providing support and health services to elderly and disabled populations. The role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to leadership. Qualifications include experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, as well as the ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, push, and pull, to meet the physical demands of the job. The ideal candidate will be adept at team management, including staff onboarding, training, and development, and will be expected to be a courageous and independent leader, fostering a culture of teamwork and resident satisfaction.
