Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lapeer Township, MI (and / or surrounding communities) for a Restaurant General Manager / Assistant General Manager. The individual in this position will oversee daily restaurant operations while leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, achieving financial targets, hiring and training staff, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards. The individual for this role needs to have a strong desire to grow since the role has high upside for multi-unit management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in P&L Management, including overseeing budgets and ensuring financial performance
- Proven success in driving Customer Satisfaction and delivering outstanding Customer Service
- Proficiency in building teams, as well as maintaining a dynamic and motivated workforce
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while focusing on operational excellence
- Prior experience in QSR industry (chicken or burger) is advantageous
