New hires placed in Zone homes may be eligible for a pay differential, up to $3.00/hour. Pay is based on: Hours worked in Zone homes only. Completion of required training. Meeting all Zone program requirements. Caregiver Job Responsibilities Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide in home services to adults with range of mental capabilities. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the responsibilities include: Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans. Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene & medication. Providing supervision & engagement. Facilitating community outings. Caregiver Job Requirements For this position you must: Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills Excellent written and verbal English language skills 21 years of age Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and three years of licensed driving experience Have a High School Diploma or GED Pass a background check through DSHS Be available to work at least one weekend shift a week #J-18808-Ljbffr
