Role Description The Web Content Writer at Callvix will create clear, engaging, and user-focused content for the company’s website, landing pages, product descriptions, FAQs, and related digital assets. This full-time, on-site role based in Chantilly, VA involves collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams to translate complex AI and telephony concepts into accessible, compelling messaging. Daily responsibilities include researching industry trends and user needs, drafting and revising web copy, optimizing content for readability and search, and maintaining consistency with brand voice and tone. The Web Content Writer will also support content updates within the content management system, contribute to content planning, and ensure all web materials align with Callvix’s strategic goals. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Web Content Writing and Writing, with a portfolio showcasing clear, concise, and user-centric digital content. Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management, including planning, organizing, and maintaining web content across multiple pages or properties. Strong Research skills, with the ability to understand complex technical topics and translate them into accessible web copy. Familiarity with basic SEO principles, digital marketing concepts, and analytics tools to inform and optimize web content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in Chantilly, VA, managing deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience writing for technology, SaaS, or AI-driven products is a plus, along with familiarity with UX writing and content accessibility best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
