Summary The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences and drives sales for Ralph Lauren's lifestyle products in-store. This full-time retail role focuses on clienteling, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets through in-person and virtual selling. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, providing personalized styling and product knowledge to exceed expectations. Create memorable in-store moments and build long-term client relationships through follow-up and outreach. Drive full-price sales across core product pillars and meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize technology and virtual selling tools for client outreach and order management. Support inventory tasks, special events, opening and closing duties, and store projects as needed. Requirements Relevant retail or sales experience preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional appearance and conduct. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with point-of-sale and clienteling tools.
