Varies by Position, check Job Details. License in hand preferred. Otherwise traveler must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted. Each candidate can only be sent to one position at a time. Any additional submissions will be removed. We will redirect your candidate to open positions should they be declined from the need. Return Staff Policy: Traveler must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as Perm (Staff or Per Diem) Local Rules: Locals accepted for radiology only. All other positions have a 100 mile radius restriction. Compliance Deadline is the Monday prior to Start References Required: 1 supervisor reference minimum is required at the time of submission. Candidates if needed will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby. Charting Exp: Epic/Excellian required for some positions. Check specific Job Details to confirm. Background Policy: Cannot proceed if there is an open case. All hits will be reviewed during the compliance process and cannot be screened prior to signing. Fingerprinting: If fingerprint results are not received by the compliance file due date, candidates will be pushed back at least one week. Please note, at this time only 25 states outside of Minnesota can perform LiveScan prints for this background check. If candidates are not within driving distance of a LiveScan location, they must travel to one or to Minnesota to get this done. These must be done as soon as possible, as results can take anywhere from 1 day to 3-4 weeks, and candidates will not be cleared to start unless fingerprint results are on file. This is a Minnesota state requirement with no exceptions. Please ensure your traveler is aware and in agreeance prior to submitting. Please relay any vacation plans during the period between Sign Date and Start Date to the Account Manager at the time of Submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested.
