Responsibilities (include but not limited to): A Dunkin' Shift Leader(SL) understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements. A successful SL sets and maintains high standards for oneself, others, and acts as a role model. SL's identify and communicate team goals and seek to understand conflict through active listening. SL's identify and resolve issues and problems to provide guests with a pleasant experience. Relationships with team members are expected to be developed and maintained by all SL's. Many Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Each Dunkin' franchisee is an independent employer and thus solely responsible for hiring decisions and all other employment-related matters for the franchisee’s restaurant(s).
