As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll find purpose in helping others live fuller, more independent lives by:

Providing compassionate personal care and daily living support
Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Supporting individuals with personal hygiene needs
Administering medications as directed by medical professionals
Attending community outings and events to encourage involvement and connection
Understanding and following each individual’s unique support plans and needs
