Salary: Starting at $70,000 + commission

If so we need to talk to you. Pella Windows and Doors, an innovative, dynamic, growing company is looking for a Sales Representative to sell to replacement and remodeling contractors. We need a confident, outgoing individual who is self-disciplined and thrives on a challenge. We provide independence and an exciting, fast paced and fun work environment. We look for you to provide a competitive drive, an outgoing nature, and the grit to be a successful sales representative in the building industry.

We offer:

  • Competitive salary plus commission-based compensation, with opportunity to earn a great income (Base plus commission reps earn at least $70K base in the 1st year; 2nd year $60K base + commissions, 3rd year and thereafter $50K base + commissions and bonus)

Qualifications

Sales Representatives job responsibilities include:

  • Achieve sales goals by providing well rounded solutions and market expertise
  • Devote over 50% of your time to the field meeting with current and potential customers to drive growth and increased market share
  • Develop long lasting relationships contractors, remodelers and trade organizations
  • Capture new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
  • Continually strive for 100% Very Satisfied business partners
