For more information, please visit Role Variant: IT Operations Support Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Ensures the stability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and services. This role involves monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and supporting operational processes to maintain business. Key Responsibilities Monitor IT systems, servers, and network performance to ensure uptime and availability. Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs. Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates for servers, applications, and network devices. Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and incident resolutions. Assist in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Support onboarding of new services into IT operations run environment. Qualifications & Experience Degree: Graduate / Professional Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
