Position Overview We are seeking an Experienced Landscape Architect (4–12 years) to support and lead projects from concept through construction administration. This role offers increasing responsibility in design leadership, documentation, project management, and client interface. You will collaborate closely with senior designers while developing growing independence in technical execution, consultant coordination, and client communication. Project Types High‑End Residential Estates Waterfront & Ecologically Sensitive Sites Institutional (Hospitality, Commercial, University) Multi‑Family & Amenity‑Driven Communities Key Responsibilities Produce and refine high‑quality 2D and 3D graphics, construction drawings, and client presentations Develop planting plans, grading plans, and construction documentation Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and consultant coordination Review and generate redlines and technical documentation Support cost estimating and maintain organized project documentation Manage task budgets, schedules, and workplans Assist in managing client expectations and project communication Present select project components to clients with oversight Mentor junior staff and participate in collaborative team discussions Stay current with industry trends and pursue licensure (support provided) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (ASLA‑accredited preferred) 4–12 years of professional landscape architecture experience Strong experience in custom residential design (New England experience preferred) Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office & Excel Expertise in at least one specialized design or visualization tool Strong documentation and technical skills Knowledge of New England plant palette (required) Experience interfacing with high‑end residential clients Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail Professional polish and collaborative mindset Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Design‑focused with a passion for high‑end residential work Detail‑oriented with strong material and spatial sensibility Comfortable managing projects from concept through implementation Confident in interacting with sophisticated clientele Able to manage expectations and communicate effectively Organized, articulate, and solutions‑oriented Motivated to grow toward licensure and increased responsibility Culture & Work Environment Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday – Work from Home; Tuesday–Thursday – In Office; No full‑time remote Family‑oriented, inclusive, and collaborative culture Strong emphasis on mentorship and professional growth Many senior staff have been with the firm for 10+ years Design‑driven and client‑focused environment Benefits The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company 3% match Paid Time Off (starting at 15 days per year) Paid Family & Medical Leave Life and disability insurance End‑of‑year discretionary bonus Licensure and professional development support How to Apply Please submit your resume and portfolio to: View email address on click.appcast.io, View phone number on click.appcast.io, Confidential Search – Landscape Architect (Experienced) #J-18808-Ljbffr Archipro Staff Agency
