Grove City Facility - II FST Logistics 3280 SouthPark Place Grove City, OH 43123, USA Responsibilities Promotes safe, efficient, and optimal utilization of the facilities, equipment and personnel Supervise the functions and working of the Cross Dock employees, delegate and assign tasks, and evaluate the work of the shift Adhere to all safety procedures and SOPs and ensure the efficiency of the shift staff Facilitate daily start up meetings to address company updates, discuss workflow, and encourage employee feedback Organize and conduct necessary training for employees, ensure proper functioning and safe operations of all warehouse tools and equipment, and work effectively with Facility Manager and other functional team members to support customer KPIs and SLAs Observe and enforce all safety rules to eliminate accidents and injuries and understand and comply with all applicable company policies Drive specific initiatives to achieve business results, proactively plan daily work orders to meet customer demands, and ensure timely loading and unloading Work with OS&D and Inventory Control to ensure that all product integrity is maintained as issues arise Foster an environment that encourages employee involvement, commits to quality of work from self and others, and provides leadership for mutual benefit of the company, customers, and employees Provide leadership, document work productivity, and provide training and counseling to shift staff Be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensure work standards Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
