Physical Therapist Contract Opportunity

Advance your career in physical therapy with an engaging role supporting patients in a hospital setting. This contract opportunity involves delivering high-quality therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient environments, with a diverse caseload that will keep each day dynamic and rewarding.

Schedule/Hours

• 10-hour day shifts
• Caseload of approximately 13-15 patients per day
• Rotating between two clinics (within an hour's drive of each other)
• 80% inpatient / 20% outpatient caseload
• Maximum of 3 requested days off permitted during a 13-week contract

Key Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy preferred
• Up-to-date flu vaccination required (no exceptions)
• Must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility
• Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to varied patient needs
• Flexibility to travel between assigned clinics

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and deliver physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient
• Effectively manage a diverse daily patient load, prioritizing quality care and outcomes
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Adapt practice approaches to fit both acute and rehabilitative therapy needs across settings
