Schedule: M-F: 3PM-11PM

You’ll be great as our RN / LPN  supervisor because you have:

*A current Missouri state nursing license.

• A current Missouri state nursing license

• Previous supervisory or long-term care experience preferred

• Great leadership and communication skills

• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Compassionate and resident-centered care practices

• Experience coordinating and supporting nursing staff

• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

• The ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

RN / LPN S upervisor  - Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & Supervise shifts.

• Manage staff to ensure resident care.

• Ensure the smooth running of the building.

• Address any needs or concerns.

• Coordinate shift huddle support.
