Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training and certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.
• We require at least 2+ years leading technologists to address complex technical issues within the domain.
• We expect hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We look for strong knowledge of machine learning modelling from an engineering perspective.
• We need advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Java, Big Data, data pipelines, or machine learning.
• We expect advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes, with deep expertise in one or more technical areas such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• We require advanced understanding of application, data, and infrastructure architecture, as well as software development, OOP, and SDLC practices.
• We need the ability to solve design and functionality issues independently with minimal supervision.
• We expect practical cloud-native experience.
• Preferred qualifications include AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate.
• Preferred experience includes RAG architectures and AI/automation technologies that improve operations.
• Preferred experience includes building data pipelines in Spark and tuning Spark queries.
• Preferred knowledge includes Python machine learning libraries and ecosystems such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Preferred experience includes working with big data platforms, with Hadoop preferred.
• Preferred experience includes cloud technologies, with AWS and Databricks preferred.

• We drive the adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• We establish measurable validation standards, including secure coding, peer review, and automated testing, while promoting reuse of proven patterns and automation within the SDLC/TLM toolchain.
• We apply knowledge of SDLC toolchain capabilities, including approved AI-assisted development and automation, to increase the value delivered through automation at scale.
• We design and build large-scale solutions and platforms using cloud services, including AWS, aligned with firmwide strategies and security controls.
• We deploy and enable cloud-based solutions at the firm level to support complex analytics and day-to-day business operations.
• We migrate legacy and big data applications to cloud-native applications with zero downtime.
• We influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• We build solutions and tools to monitor, provision components, and automate processes, services, and reporting.
• We influence peers and project decision-makers to consider leading-edge technologies.
