Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dietary Aide to assist our dining team in serving healthy and appetizing meals to our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and providing excellent customer service to our residents. This is a full-time position, offering a rewarding and challenging work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Participate in meal planning and inventory management
Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their dining needs and concerns
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure menu items meet resident preferences and dietary requirements
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
0 years of experience in the food service industry or related field
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
