# Job Opportunity – CV Neuro ICU Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** October 19, 2026 **Location:** Humble, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts with 1:2 patient ratios; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period; floating to ICC, TCU, and other ICU units as needed**Highlights:**- 22-bed Cardiovascular Neuro ICU specializing in critical care and neurocritical care patients- Advanced equipment and procedures including CRRT, ventilators, Impella, IABP, CABG support, EVD, TTM, and MTP protocols- Collaborative team environment with 58 staff members supporting optimal patient outcomes- EMR: Meditech- Participate in bronchoscopy, CVC and arterial line insertions, and other critical procedures- Opportunity to work with hemodynamic monitoring and circulatory support devices**Requirements:**- Active Texas RN license- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)- Critical Care training and experience- Proficiency in pressor medication management, arterial line management, and critical drip management- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills- Flexibility and adaptability to changing unit needs- Experience with circulatory assist devices preferred**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to practice at the highest level of critical care nursing in a well-equipped, specialized unit.
