Phlebotomist II Duration: 2 months Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: Columbia, MO 65201 Training locations may vary based on trainer availability. Job Description Provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment. Work independently with minimal on‑site supervision. Demonstrate excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Maintain flexibility and availability for staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime. Commit to all Policies & Procedures, including company dress code, employee health & safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles. Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record, if applicable. Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In‑Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. Handle multiple priorities in a high‑volume setting. Demonstrate superior customer focus and communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors, and patients. Accelerate and embrace change and possess knowledge of the business. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent (required). Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred). Phlebotomy certification (preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Work Experience 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections). 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment (preferred). Customer service experience in a retail or service environment (highly preferred). Keyboard and data entry experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
