Part-Time (25–29 hrs/week) | $20.90–$22.17 DOE/DOQ (+$1.00/hr Anacortes Differential)
+$1.25/hr Spanish Differential

Every afternoon, children race through our doors ready to tell someone about their day. Parents arrive with questions, backpacks, and busy schedules. Behind every smooth afternoon is someone who helps everything come together.

As our Member Services Specialist, you'll be a familiar face to children, families, and staff. You'll welcome families, answer questions, assist with memberships, keep important information organized, and help create an environment where everyone feels they belong.

No two days are exactly alike. One moment you may be helping a parent register their child, updating attendance, or answering a phone call. The next, you might be encouraging a member, supporting an activity, or lending a hand wherever it's needed. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and building positive relationships, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone who stays calm when things get busy, pays attention to the details others might miss, and genuinely enjoys working with children and families. You understand that a warm greeting, an organized workspace, and a willingness to help can make a lasting impression.

This position is based at our Whitney Campus, supporting our school-age program, and will occasionally provide support at the Anacortes Family Center. As a key holder, you'll also help support the daily operations of the Club and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Some people find satisfaction in checking tasks off a list. Others find it in helping someone have a better day. This role is for the person who enjoys doing both.
