Advertised Compensation: $21.10 an hour This Duty Free Sales Associate Position Is For You If You Enjoy: Delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player. Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays Working at Chicago O'Hare International Airport Duty Free Sales Associate Responsibilities: Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skills Deliver the highest of customer service standards that exceeds customer expectations, and act as ambassadors of the brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking of the stores and assisting in the daily operation of the store Operate a cash register efficiently, including credit card transactions Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash Perform other related tasks as needed Required Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously At least 6 months of luxury retail experience Ability to interact with diverse personalities Ability to stand for the duration of a shift Capability to lift 40-60 pounds Avolta, including Dufry, HMSHost Corporation, Hudson, and affiliates ("the Company"), is an equal opportunity employer.
